@AmazonHelp Hi, I am aware of the plan costs, per the link as a Prime member I should be paying £7.99. My monthly invoice is £10.99. Please can you explain why? None of the plans have a £10.99
@AmazonHelp Shows Prime and Amazon Music, music states through third party vendor. Can I move from over-paying the third party and get £7.99 rate? None of this clear when subscribing.
@AmazonHelp that still doesn’t explain why I am paying £10.99 a month instead of £7.99 per month? Is there actually a customer email (preference) or contact I can talk to?
@AmazonHelp Thanks. Not explained properly. I have Amazon Prime, no issue, can see and manage account. It’s Amazon Music I have the issue with. Close to cancelling as so frustrated, when all I actually want is to look at upgrading. Can’t find where and being charge £10.99pm when I have Prime
A tip: if you have no idea how to pronounce someone’s name don’t make it weird or corny or xenophobic by implying that their name is hard to say or that you’re puzzled or even laugh about it.
Just say, “Can you say your name for me? I don’t want to mispronounce it.”
See? Easy.
@travelgenio I can give you any other # but not the booking code. We had issue with initial booking, emails never arrived, tickets re-issued through helpdesk. DTEYKT is the code we used as the Booking ID on the ticket we raised in December #2941033 so I need your help thanks
It’s #PronounsDay You can help create a more inclusive work culture by including your pronouns in your work signature and by saying them at the start of meetings. It might not mean much to you, but it can make a huge difference to someone else. Inclusivity matters.
