@TUIUK at time of booking all of these items were free. Now we are here they aren’t. Also the kayaks / snorkelling isn’t free either! Totally feel mis sold. Insult to injury after our 12 year old can’t sit with us either.

@TUIUK absolutely disgusted that a child of 12 doesn’t have a seat allocated with either one of his parents. After paying 5k for a holiday I don’t then expect to have to pay for him to be sat with us! You have lost a customer.
