@flyspicejet The number is not even ringing since morning. If I do not get connected and ask for refund, you guys will say I am late abd not claim refund as per your policies. I can't afford to lose such huge amount of my money just because of your unresponsive customer service. Get someone to call me asap as I have been trying since morning and there is no ring on both of your numbers. I need that refund.

@flyspicejet what the hell is this??! You have already cancelled my flight 4 times from Dubai, and now this is your new tactic to avoid a refund as well??
I had my flight yesterday from Dubai to Delhi, via Ahmedabad which you cancelled as usual and no help from your end, as usual. As you can see in image that the flight to Ahmedabad from Dubai was cancelled by you so why was I marked no show in Ahmedabad?!
I have no expectations from you to get me another flight from Dubai, so give me my refund!! This matter should be taken to consumer forum if not resolved.

Hi @flyspicejet my flight has been cancelled thrice since 2nd march, and instead of arranging new flights from Dubai, you are giving flights from Fujairah, and that too at almost triple the prices! What kind of help is this? If you genuinely want to help stranded Indians, please provide us flights at nominal rates, I have elderly mother with me, and your customer service has only provided me options which are going to be cancelled again. Assist me and my mother get back to India. I have been trying to get in touch with customer care for 3 hrs now but bo response has been received. Please tell me what options do I have. I am Shantanu Bajpai, 28, Indian citizen. I came to Dubai on 25th February on a tourist visa with my mother, who is a senior citizen and not doing well here, and was to return to India on 2nd March.

However, my flight was cancelled, I rebooked it for 4th March, however, it has been cancelled again and my hotel stay will also expire tomorrow. 

The hotel I am staying in is charging us for our extra stay as well, and I don't have the budget to afford that, I have no idea how am I going to manage from tomorrow, being stranded in Dubai. Can there be any help that I can get as my airline has not been able to arrange flights before 6, and that too is uncertain.

Spicejet are giving flights from Fujairah, and that too at almost triple the prices! What kind of help is this? If you genuinely want to help people. please provide us flights at nominal rates, I have elderly mother with me, and SpiceJet customer service has only provided me options which are going to be cancelled again. @flyspicejet my booking with you has been cancelled twice from Dubai, I have a senior citizen mother with me who is not doing well here, I need to get her home asap. As an stranded passenger help me and my mother arrange a flight from Fujairah if not Dubai without charging us thrice the booking amount!
