Residents in #SBAirportCommunities are organizing for a new standard of healthy economic development! We demand a legally-enforceable Community Benefits Agreement guaranteeing GOOD JOBS and CLEAN AIR at @Amazon's anticipated air cargo hub development at @SBDAirport
We’re not sure what “Leadership Principle” is on display here—Earn Trust? Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility?—but December 11th will be remembered as the day KSBD’s General Manager turned his back and ran from his own associates

(2/2) Our demands are simple:
1. Pay us what we’re owed.
2. Prioritize our safety and follow the law. When we work more than 10 hours, give us our third 10 minute rest break required under California law.
KSBD has two weeks to respond. Amazon better have our money!
(1/2) On Friday morning over 50 workers ar KSBD— Amazon’s largest air hub on the West Coast— demanded answers on behalf of 500 coworkers who know that site leaders have been committing wage theft.
They kept associates working when we should have been on break.
