@Motawif_SA So now pilgrims have to go and update details on another portal to get an eVisa issued? Wasn’t the Motawif portal meant to do all this seemlessly?? I quote directly from your website : “Once your payment is accepted
your e-Visa will be issued by MoFA”. #MotawifFail

@arahim_j @Motawif_SA @nmataal Speak to Saudi Airlines and you’ll see that there have been no block bookings with Motawif. This never used to happen when Agents arranged Hajj and even more pilgrims went in those days. They have ruined #Hajj2020. This system was was introduced in haste & haste is from Shatan
