A drug shop is mentioned as a private practice for dispensers under AHP act, making it one of the health units licensable by AHPC. NDA is supposed to be a regulator of drug distribution

AHPC is not a subordinate entity of UNDA but a complimentary government agency. No one is stoping NDA to performs it's duties as long as they know the boundary, else wait to payout
