..The week after my dad died, I kept waking up every morning at 6:47 in a panic. I never noticed the pattern. He did. So he set an alarm to go off first. He wanted the thing that woke me to be something ordinary. Not the panic. Just the sound of another morning with him beside me. After a few months, I stopped waking up scared. He never stopped setting the alarm. That night, before we went to sleep, I heard him set it again. 6:47.

@RealCleora @me_when_irl Immediately arch your toes, as forcefully as possible, towards the top of your foot and hold it there until there is relief. And if someone is with you, they should grab/pull your toes upward because they have more strength. Either option will stop the pain almost immediately!

@Sossickx I was on a Girl Scouts/Brownies camping trip and the girls slept 4 per tent (tent was raised with stairs). I woke one night to see a man’s figure in the far corner staring at us while we slept. Since there were no men in the camp, no one believed me, but I remember it to this day

@Josh_Moon They’ve been under construction for YEARS, weird location and layout, and the road access will be difficult for a restaurant (directly adjacent to Greystone Cleaners). And now they post a strict dress code and no device policy…hard to imagine it will be open long.
