During extra patrol yesterday, Deputies stopped on a vehicle near the Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center. Deputies developed probable cause, searched the vehicle, and located a loaded firearm inside. Reminder, bringing a loaded firearm on jail property is a felony. Great job!

On Saturday, deputies and officers conducted a multi division/agency #K9 inmate compliance sweep @GHRC. The successful sweep recovered a large amount of contraband including narcotics, prohibited items, and items used for weapons fashioning at the facility. Thank you & great job!

Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center Deputies Melissa Enciso and Destiny Razo organized a toy drive for “A Coming of Age” foster family agency. Enciso and Razo collected donations and purchased gifts for 54 foster kiddos. The ladies met with staff and gave them the gifts. Great job!

This week Glen Helen Rehabilitation Center celebrated their Christmas Party. During the event we recognized our Employees of the Year, Deputy Anthony Thomas and Sheriff’s Training Specialist Brenda Walstrom. Both are phenomenal employees and vital parts of the team. Congrats!!
