Customer Service is DEAD. My dad gets the paper everyday bar Sat. Pays $80/mo. At least once a week his paper isn't delivered. The last 5 times, his refund was 24 cents! @DMRegister is a #ripoff. No matter, he's bout to cxl. He's done.
