Friendly reminder if you’re 25 years old and you put $500 a month into the SP500 you will have put in $240,000 after 40 years but your account will have over $2,027,294.67 in it.
Nobody wants to wait 40 years but time goes by so much faster as you get older.
It’s litterally free money!
Start NOW!
Just saw a video saying that if you don’t have AOV above $75 in 2025 “you’re not gonna make it, especially in US”
Someone please explain then how we have $40 AOV and just did $620k in our second full month live with a new brand in the US? Averaging around 30% net margins
We should do around $1.2m in September
Also, the most impressive person in Ecom I know has AOV nowhere near this either
This is prime example of what I’ve been talking about a lot recently
Stay off YouTube, podcasts etc for Ecom advice.
Most of the people creating content there have never seen inside the ops of a brand ran by a degen ex dropshipper / affiliate
They don’t know what’s possible
If you want to reach your full potential and maintain clarity of mind, stay away from addictive substances. My success and health come from 20+ years of abstaining from alcohol, tobacco, coffee, pills, and illegal drugs. Short-term pleasure isn’t worth your future.
Why your $300k/mth Ecom brand will never hit $3M/mth (And it's not what you think)
Evolve guys are consistently in the top leaderboards for Adrevival
Their backends? Messy.
Their funnels? Basic.
Their secret? These 4 things that 90% of brands completely ignore:
1) Feedback loops
If you've actually been in Ecom for years, working 12 hours a day, and you have not progressed...
The problem is that you are not learning or adapting from your decisions.
You've probably made the same mistakes over and over again.
In your media buying, creative testing, etc
But you never tracked what you were doing and you never reviewed it to figure out what actually went wrong and how can you avoid making the same mistake.
It's simple in concept but most do not execute.
If you're not tracking you're slacking
You can do learnings on something that is working and something that is losing as well.
Whatever elements your winning creative has, do more of.
Whatever elements your losing creatives have, avoid doing it again.
"Oh but I don't have a winner if nothing is scaling"
There is definitely something that is doing the best for you out of all your attempts dork
If it's creatives, there will be a creative that's taking majority of spend for example
Do learnings on that to make it better
Eventually your learnings compound and breakthroughs happen
2) Limiting Belief
If you do not think it is possible it will not happen.
If you think the ceiling for your product is $300k/mth you will only be scale to scale that far
"I need problem solving product"
"My product is saturated"
"I have no MRR"
Whereas Comfrt scaled to $40M in January this year, and it's only their 2nd year in Business.
No MRR, no "problem solving product", no crazy new product
It's just hoodies bruv
Even if you were to only achieve 10% of that success.
$4M/mth don't sound too bad
Now you understand it's not a problem with the market but a problem with your current skill set, which can be improved.
Once you see what is possible your current challenges don't seem as hard
3) Intent
Most dudes just drift through life going through the motions.
Unfortunately, that doesn't get you far
If you don't know exactly what you want to achieve
Tracking and analyzing the metrics that matter
What should you spend your time on
The steps needed to get there
Create feedback loops
You're going to get lapped
You see, people talk about doing "deep work"
Getting crazy amounts of productive tasks done in a short amount of time
That is a period of high intent
What if every single thing you did in life was high intent and focused?
For Facebook ads - tracking what is going on (ad hit rate, time to launch creatives, weekly volume, etc), knowing why you want to create each ad, taking the time to review and learn from mistakes
For fitness - tracking your macros, tracking each lift (weight, reps), reviewing each session
If you figure out the metrics that move the needle and maximise on the things that actually matter
This is how you get so good at something that people start calling you "lucky" "On steroids"
You are maximising on the 20% that actually drives 80% of results (80/20 rule)
You'll be able to lap everyone if you can treat everything you do in life with intention.
If a billionaire were to work for 1 hour compared to your 1 hour, they would probably get more done than you, even if you both have the same resources
The way they take action with intention is just leagues ahead of you right now
You only have 24 hours a day you need to make sure those 24 hours are used wisely.
You cut out the things that don't matter, pivot when needed, and make each hour more productive
Life is an input-output game
If you don't know where your time is going, you can't control how your life goes
4) Ego
Ego is the enemy at all levels.
I meet tons of Ecom kids thinking they're hot sh*t at 10k 20k days
If you continue like that you will never be able to scale further
I also know Evolve dudes who scale from 0 to $100k+ days <1 year in Ecom
Never took their foot off the gas
Absorbed information from the right places (No copy paste BS)
The $100M brand owner is always curious to learn more, even if it's something they already know presented differently.
And they take action like their life depends on it
All the concepts I speak about always sound simple but no one is executing.
You don't need crazy new products or retardedly aggressive DR/BH tactics to scale
Just focus on the right things.
Do what you will with this information
The key to having anything in life is actually very simple it comes down to one concept. growth.
If you grow in any direction, eventually you’ll get what you need or want. Growth can be painful; it can also be fun. Usually, it comes bundled with failure but not always. It's very simple.
Smarter people recognize patterns faster, so they grow faster. Gritty people can handle more, so they outgrow most.
There are a million ways to get up a big mountain, but at the end of the day, everyone does the same exact thing, they climb.
