@PulmCrit I would note that some history goes a long way in a radiologists ability generate appropriate differential and pick up subtle findings (that small CBD stone, that small segmental thrombus in the SMA). “Rule out bad things” doesn’t get you the best report. gIGo

@tastybits @septisum I am very happy that you found that. And you are correct that in your case it did alter your outcome and your life. You had a true positive. Whole pop screening will lead to many more false positives. Those people will end up with biopsy, surgery and complications.
