@shakeshack walked into a Shake Shack at 7.40 am @ LIRR NYC Penn Station. Ordered egg n cheese and hash browns. It said “grab n go” and I thought i had enough time to catch my 8.02. I had to walk out at 7.59 am because the order (that I paid for) never came. Gimme my money back.

@united UA 704: mishaps happen but the way this is being handled by United on-ground personnel is pathetic. No clear announcements. No update on the app or from staff. Very little empathy. No joint accountability between airport staff and United. No apologies offered.

@united @newark liberty international airport pathetic customer experience in the so-called new Terminal A at Newark liberty international airport. The flight from Houston (UA 704) landed at 12.03 and nearly 90 minutes later the luggage is yet to arrive at Baggage claim.
