🚨 BREAKING: Charlie Kirk’s family is preparing to sue Utah Valley University and the State of Utah, alleging “stunning failures” left Charlie exposed to the rooftop shooter who killed him.

The most stunning allegation:

Before the event, TPUSA specifically warned UVU Police Chief Jeffrey Long about accessible rooftops near Charlie.

TPUSA asked for the roof access to be secured or for Charlie’s security team to be allowed up there.

Chief Long allegedly replied:

“I got you covered.”

Charlie was later shot from a nearby rooftop.

The family’s Notice of Claim also alleges:

• Only 6 UVU officers were assigned to roughly 3,000 attendees.

• Chief Long requested more officers, but former UVU President Astrid Tuminez allegedly denied the request.

• UVU had no written security plan and did not request help from nearby police before the shooting.

• Students were known to regularly access the rooftops.

• CCTV was not monitored live. Footage later showed Tyler Robinson moving across the Losee Building roof toward his firing position.

The filing says UVU could have secured the rooftops, moved the event indoors, added police, monitored cameras, or used drones.

Instead, the family alleges those failures created a foreseeable danger and “rendered Mr. Kirk helpless to the rooftop shooter.”

This is a Notice of Claim, the required step before a lawsuit against the state. No damages amount was listed.

There is nothing remotely racist or bigoted about wanting the state universities where you live and which you subsidize to be educating for advancement your children and not foreigners. It’s the university of your state, not a branch of the planetary university. Nor should American kids be competing with foreigners for spots in those schools. It doesn’t matter if the foreign kid is smarter, he can be “smarter” where he lives and that’s great. Maybe he can turn his country into a super power one day. We are not a mere globalist economic zone. We are a country, a culture, and a people. And we should behave as such for the benefits thereof.

Governor Shapiro has chosen to politicize this outbreak instead of implementing a unified public health response. He continues to point the finger at me and the federal government and to malign the Amish while refusing the federal assistance that might help end the outbreak.

I have offered the Governor CDC Epi-Aid, which would put CDC epidemiologists on the ground to help the state respond. Texas, South Carolina, Virginia, Kansas, New Mexico, and Wisconsin requested Epi-Aids and worked alongside CDC teams to help bring their outbreaks rapidly and successfully under control.

Governor Shapiro’s claim that I directed CDC to suppress Pennsylvania deaths is false. CDC is applying a consistent national standard rather than allowing politicians to decide which deaths appear in federal mortality statistics. CDC will report measles-caused deaths when the National Center for Health Statistics reports measles as the underlying cause based on death record information submitted by the states.

CDC’s MMR recommendation remains unchanged. I have repeatedly stated that MMR vaccination is the most effective way to prevent measles infection.

Pennsylvanians deserve accurate, evidence-based public health information—not political grandstanding.

Vaccines not preventing disease?
Problem defined as: Blame the people who aren't vaccinated.

Vaccines injure a vulnerable child?
Problem defined as: Crazy parents.
Answer: Controversialize and attack them; give everyone more vaccines.

No matter what happens, or what the question is, or what the danger is: the answer of the vaccine industry and their propagandists in the medical health establishment, media, and government is: More vaccines.

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.
