@OpenreachHelp Turns out the best thing to do is move to @virginmedia, should be up and running by Wednesday. Absolutely appalling service from @WeAreOpenreach. If you don't give the provider any updates then they can't update me. Goodbye.
@WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp been waiting for my broadband since 20th October...over 4 weeks. No updates, no idea when or if I will actually get it. Should I switch to Virgin as your engineer suggested on the 20th? Govt tells us to wfh so no wifi is a big issue.
In customer services hell with @British_Airways 4 attempts to book flights over x2 days - any chance someone can help me before the prices go up again? Your website is not doing you any favours today or your customer service.
