@AmericanAir You held us hostage for 8 hrs in DFW and then cancelled our flight to JAX st 7:30 pm on Xmas Eve. The only option given as to fly home on Xmas at 8:40 pm - arrive 12:45 12/26. THIS SUCKS. U still have our luggage/gifts in DFW (unscanned). Way to ruin both Xmas Eve and Xmas!!!!
