@DGlaucomflecken Not an ad, but my heart surgeon buddy and I (ID doc) started a company which crowdsources and analyzes these data and give them back to docs for free. We partner with medical specialty societies. If nothing changes, nothing changes. We are trying.

@djschuett Like many of you, I have had the privilege to care for people during their final days. In 26 years I have never heard, "You know doc, I wished I had worked more during my life." My humble opinion is work-life balance will make you better at work and at home. Learn this skill.
