Shoutout to all the moms in tech out there. The moms who are playing primary parent and trying to work. The moms who want to, but don't have time to work on side projects or OSS or mentoring. Who want to help other women get into tech, but don't have the bandwidth. I see you.

Female engineers should never be put in a position where they need to negotiate their salary because a male with equal (sometimes even less) experience was brought on at a higher salary. BE ETHICAL.
