@TexasLindsay_ 1. Sounds like you need an upper and lower endoscopy. I am a post gastric bypass patient. My ferritin at one point was 2. Had upper and lower endoscopies to rule out internal bleeding. Both tests were negative and turns out iron deficiency anemia is a by-product of my surgery
