For a year I couldn't answer a simple question from clients: how are we doing in AI search. There's no rank to point at. ChatGPT doesn't hand you a position, it hands a different answer to every person who asks.
So we built the boring version. We take the 40 or so questions a buyer might actually type, run them across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini on a schedule, and count how often the client's name comes back. Not the wording, just: were you in the answer, yes or no.
The first month for a new client is usually brutal. 3 mentions out of 120 checks. It feels like nothing is working. Then around week six the number starts climbing, because the sources we seeded got picked up and repeated elsewhere.
I've stopped promising rankings. I promise a number that goes from single digits to around 60 out of 120 over a quarter, and I show the raw checks so nobody has to trust me.
The uncomfortable part: this metric didn't exist two years ago and most of our competitors still report Google positions. We're grading a different exam.
We're hiring, and if your referral leads to a full-time hire, I'll pay you €10,000.
For the past months we've been heads down: building our core product, closing enterprise clients, and building real partnerships.
With scaile, companies become visible in AI search, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and the next generation of search interfaces.
Search is changing fast. Buyers no longer only Google. They ask AI systems for recommendations, comparisons, product advice, vendor shortlists and buying decisions.
For companies, this creates a new category: GEO, Generative Engine Optimization. We help brands understand where they show up, why they get recommended, which sources influence AI answers, and most importantly, we produce the compliant, high-quality content that makes them the answer in AI search.
Today we work with leading companies across automotive, healthcare, consumer goods, education, ecommerce, media, SaaS and pharma. Demand is growing fast, and we're building the team that will define this category in Europe and the US.
That's why we're hiring:
→ Founding Customer Success
→ Customer Success Intern
→ Sales Development Representative Intern
→ Sales Development Representative, full-time
→ Founders Associate, full-time or intern
We want people who build close to customers, move fast, take ownership early, and want to help shape a market that's just beginning.
If you're excited about AI, search, growth, customers, and building a company from the inside, we should talk.
Know someone exceptional? Tag them below or send me a DM. And yes: if your referral leads to a successful full-time hire, we'll pay a €10,000 referral bonus.

european tech having a proper moment...
https://t.co/lFjCCUfYrV just raised $17m at $140m valuation led by 20vc
they’re already automating 2m+ calls a month for small businesses and now expanding into whatsapp, email and an ai-first crm
love seeing an eu team take on the giants like this
proud to support them on the geo side (starting with poland) :) 🇵🇱
europe builds the best products in the world but fails at telling anyone about them. we have a distribution problem. most founders in the mittelstand think their product will sell itself. it won't. if you are not active in the communities where your buyers live, you are invisible. SCAILE is fixing this by connecting product engineering to social distribution. we are turning the "handschlag" culture into a digital moat. europe needs to be louder. 🇪🇺
google is no longer the starting point. ai search sessions are now 56% the size of web search worldwide. companies not visible in chatgpt are invisible to the next generation of buyers. we helped nextsure reach 70m eur in volume by owning the context layer. the old rules of marketing are gone. 🇪🇺
From dropping out of university to giving lectures at TUM Venture Labs.
This week I’ll be speaking about how companies can become more visible in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) by creating the right kind of content.
We’re already doing this for over 40 European enterprises and fast-growing startups.

1,361 leads from a website that literally nobody knew existed. Zero brand. Zero ads. Zero backlinks. Just organic AI search + Google in 195 days.
The crazy part?
Most of these leads came because someone asked ChatGPT / Perplexity a question… and our content showed up. Then they searched Google → found us → became a lead.
AI search is now driving real pipeline.Tweet
We track 3 signals together:
> High Google ranking
> Being cited in AI answers
> Self-attribution at the lead form (“how did you find us?”)
None of them alone is enough. Together? Extremely powerful.
When we launched Nextsure with our partners last summer, the site had a brand-new domain and not a single backlink. By every traditional SEO benchmark, ranking should have taken years. Today, ask ChatGPT in German how to insure your e-scooter and Nextsure is the answer, and the high-intent landers rank well on Google too.
This week we open up what we now know about how that actually happens, and why measuring it is the hardest part.
1,361 leads from a site nobody knew existed.
How Nextsure ranks #1 in ChatGPT for German e-scooter insurance, with zero domain authority.
Key stats:
> 1.93M Google impressions
> 11k Google clicks
> #1 in ChatGPT (DE - e-scooter)
Three things stood out this week:
1. Cross-language: ChatGPT pulls from English content for German queries. We expected German queries to surface German pages. What we see is that ChatGPT searches in English even when the user asks in German, then refers to our English long-form content and translates back.
2. Deep, not wide: leads come from bottom-of-funnel landers, not the blog. The leads come from the deep landing pages like “E-Scooter Versicherung vergleichen” and “Rolex Versicherung beantragen”.
3. ChatGPT to Google to your brand, never a direct click. A surprising share of leads do not click the link inside the ChatGPT answer. They ask, see the brand name, then open Google, type the brand and the product, and convert from there. The AI step is invisible in your analytics, but it’s the step that decided the click.
This is how attribution actually works in 2026.
The headline from Cloudflare Radar is that adoption is low, even among the largest sites. AI agents, not just users, now decide whether your site is in the answer.
https://t.co/RWDT1tOwFH
Cloudflare scanned the top 200,000 domains on the web and released a free tool that scores any site on how well it supports AI agents: discoverability (robots.txt, sitemap, link headers), content (machine-readable formats), bot access control, and exposed capabilities.
Most of the team is now based in Munich. We love bringing everyone together… good problems, fast feedback, and people you actually enjoy spending time with.
We’re hiring across engineering, content & GTM.
If that sounds like your vibe, reply to this or shoot us a DM.
The background can be as beautiful as it wants to be

If I have 1.361 leads from agentic search I will occupy any scenic view 🫡
This is a website with ZERO domain authority and no human involved (barely). No backlinks. No brand. No ads.
Just answering the questions your customers are asking about you without knowing you exist.
i sat down with tamreach to talk about the collapse of traditional seo.
the reality is simple: most search queries don't even start on google anymore. buyers are going straight to perplexity and chatgpt. if your brand isn't taking up space in those answers, you simply don't exist to that user.
we talked about:
~ why seo alone is no longer enough for b2b.
~ the actual mechanics behind aeo and geo.
~ why one engineered article is worth more than 10 generic blog posts.
~ how to turn ai citations into actual revenue-generating traffic.
stop trying to rank 1st on a search engine people are leaving.
start engineering for the engine that actually provides the answer.
