It's not enough for leaders to communicate the urgency of hiring.
They need to communicate the importance of a structured and optimized hiring process.
I think tech execs are asking the wrong question. They are asking how will we survive a recession when they should be asking - how do we accelerate demand efforts to out pace a market contraction. Itβs a self fulfilling prophecy when you cut marketing spend.
