Read the trust pilot reviews - it’s a disgusting way to treat your customers . They blocked me on social media !!! Good luck , I hope this help

If you read Trustpilot the reviews are terrible. I’m seeking legal action as they are acting outside of trading standard regulations as the refund is now longer than advertised
