@LloydsBank is it normal for @AllianzAssistUK to completely ignore customers? claim submitted over 10weeks ago. had a call 3weeks ago asking for my bank details and still no money in my account. From someone that has worked in travel claims this turn around time is crazy!

It’s been almost 3 weeks since payment was apparently made and it still isn’t showing in my account. I can’t get through on the phone and no one is replying on here. Will this claim ever be completed?

@AllianzAssistUK I submitted a claim weeks ago and it still hasn’t been completed. I’ve supplied all the information that was asked for. I haven’t heard a thing since. Can someone update me ASAP

@scall72404249 @MollyyMaay What a joke! So many people are in the same position. @ChiChiHelp @chichiclothing are blaming it on our banks & lack of staff. That’s clearly not the case. They are just holding on to our money

@scall72404249 @MollyyMaay They received my return on 19th March.. when I contacted them they said my refund was processed on 24th March and to wait up to 21 working days. I’m not hopeful 😩
