Had fun trying the #1BRC challenge in Java. Reduced the execution time from ~4 minutes to ~9 seconds on Apple M1 Max 64gigs.
Crazy how some submissions are taking <2 secs for execution.🤯

This chapter was on Consensus. Quite interesting to finally learn about Paxos and Raft - terms that I've heard plenty of times in recent years! ✨

Also, this was the final chapter! 🙌

Quite happy with my consistency in the last 14 weeks, thanks to the reading group concept!

PS: I'm planning to organize a similar reading group for another book, stay tuned for that! Trying to put all pieces for it together by the end of the day.
