There is now footage of her campaign coordinator claiming mosques supported her campaign “under cover” during the Gorton & Denton by-election.

If that amounted to unlawful political activity by registered charities, this cannot simply be brushed aside.

Cheating or improper interference during a by-election is a direct threat to our democracy, no matter how big or small.

We cannot allow the rot to set in.

The Manchester Airport CCTV footage has now been released and it backs up the statement by Greater Manchester police.

The Muslim suspects did attack the police first and they responded appropriately.
