If States win, local communities bear the brunt of funding new State Programs not meeting Federal Guidelines. Higher property taxes

‘School Choice’ in Texas is subsidizing rich suburban kids, kicking in $8,000 per year on $20,000 tuitions.
It’ll come at the cost of rural schools. This needs to stop, and I appreciate rural Republicans leading the way and holding the dam.
