@HandyCX@Handy Unacceptable response. I need a member of your customer service team to call me ASAP. Seeing as this is the second time I’ve booked with you and both times have had issues, I will continue to post on all social media sites and report you to the BBB until I hear from someone.
@Handy Second time I’ve tried to use your service this year and after 2 hours, the pro cancelled. Don’t have any availability until Sunday to reschedule but we have company coming tomorrow. I need a pro to come out TODAY plus a refund with additional credits.
@HandyCX@Handy I’d really like someone to call or email me back in regards to a service issue but can’t seem to get in touch with ANYONE. Unacceptable customer service in my opinion.

Remember about 5 months ago when the world pulled together to support healthcare professionals and expressed gratitude in so many different ways?
We need this same energy and gratitude for educators now and forever. 1/5
