@Aeroplan Logged into new air Canada aeroplan portal and booked my flights. I select “my profile” setting but get an error PROF_LOAD_002 and similar when I choose “my aeroplan” I get AC-1004. Need some help to change locked PIN when trying to speak with live agent via phone

@JoboNarcis @Aeroplan The app giving me problems too when clicking on the gear to manage accounts - blank page loads. Then main page shows try again status

@Aeroplan my phone PIN is locked out as per the aeroplan automated messaging system and never routes me to a human live agent. How can I update my profile details ?

@Aeroplan is there live agents anymore? I’ve tried to call the Aeroplan customer service number listed on Aircanada website @AirCanada and enter my aeroplan number to get an automated messaged about PIN lockout and enter my details tp verify to receive an automated reply

@MattThatITGuy I use “5 more minutes” mind trick , then I do it again when the 5 mins are up, and again giving yourself 15 more mins from when you wanted to quit :) and if your lucky , you might catch you second wind and keep going even longer.
