That was one easy way to the befriend the ghost.. just offer him food. Immediately, he became interested as he was curiously trying to glance inside his bag.

It had been a couple of weeks since Shade’s disappearance. With no energy to even go out and spook a few folks, he made himself gone, wishing to be alone.

@ShockingChu Shade climbed atop the bed and scooted over to one side. He waited for Mai to join him to cover the both of them with the blanket.

@ShockingChu He chuckled a little at the sight of her blushing embarrassingly, giving her head a pat.

“Don’t worry about it. Either way.. let’s take a nap, yeah?~”

@ShockingChu “Ah- don’t worry about that.. remember? Us ghost don’t even need sleep in the first place. Doesn’t mean it doesn’t feel nice, though!”

And as if on cue the ghost would let out a soft yawn.

@ShockingChu He could really tell too, which made him smile as a result. Shade took the towel and proceeded to dry the washed dishes, putting them away after.

Shade lazily floated off of the chair and made his way to the sink to join Mai.

Shade placed a hand on his stomach with a satisfied sigh, feeling pretty full now.

@ShockingChu Shade glanced back at her as she squeezed his hand. He’d smile once more, feeling a bit better now. As long as Mai was happy, he was happy. Shade would quickly eat through his plate now, finishing it in a matter of minutes.

@ShockingChu While he was gone, Shade didn’t exactly eat much food, so he was also eating pretty messily. He smiled a bit as he noticed how big her appetite was, but he soon realized why that was and his smile slowly faded away. He just stayed quiet for now and continued to eat his steak.

@ShockingChu Shade would stop eating for the moment until Mai joined him with her own plate. He’d rather eat together, anyway.

“You didn’t want any for yourself..?”

And as he said that, Shade would show her a small smile. He then sat at the table, only to begin munching away at the food.
