@kshvbgde got it, i thought there is some easier way.
i use one of my custom apps constantly, so i end up setting codex automation which push fresh build to my phone whenever it connected to home wi-fi
the only thing left - is to learn how to grab people attention.
even if big companies will do ai content factory that will generate content dynamically for user(kind of platform where there is only consume option available) - there will be still demand for authentic human-made content.
the problem is:
if every job automated and replaced by ai/robots/ai robots, then where do people will make money?
and if people lost jobs -> they lost income -> they cant pay for rent&food, not speaking about paying for content.
but im a bit sceptical about replacing all of us in near 10-20years.
systems have inertia, and such colossal system as world - have big inertia.
means that there is extreme amount of legacy across all governments in all countries, that spreading of technology worldwide will take decades.
for now we have some time to make some money and buy assets and land.
and to make more money u need to learn to grab people attention.
heres how this research will make your life 10x easier:
> fix wake time. wake up same time every day.
> get 10k lux bright light in the morning (or just go outside for 30min)
> kill screens 2hrs before bed. dim everything after sunset
> exercise - any time of day works, just move
> no caffeine after 3pm
> no late dinners. no late naps
> low dose melatonin (0.5mg) a few hrs before bedtime
the only thing i do consistently from bryan protocol - is sleep.
i spend 0minutes in zone 4 weekly
i train gym 3x a week, mostly strength. rarely doing more than 5reps per set on big lifts
i swim 3x a week. all sprinting and fast with a lot rest. <1km per session
i have a light meals close to bed
i consume no supplements
i feel much better than when i was grinding and have a 16 pills stack
i eat what i like
dont overcomplicate health and dont get yourself to anxiety.

a friend of mine is a cannibal currently housed in SHU. he told me they put andrew tate in the unit next to him, so he screams at night just so tate can't get any sleep.
social media subsidize consumption and tax creation.
consumption has ZERO friction, algo decides for you what to see. you don't even need to know what you want.
creation is completely opposite, you have to:
- have a thought.
- express it clearly.
- package it so someone stops scrolling.
- receive enough early engagement.
- repeat consistently so your acc expose to more people.

well gpt5.6 is a great model. a great upgrade of 5.5.
its excellent at coding, computer use, finding info, pursuing goals like a mad dog. its become much better at frontend.
but it still sucks at personality. you rarely can have a good conversation with it on topics like life or philosophy.
5.6 treats every message like a problem it needs to solve or give advice on. and even if you ask not do it - model will simply echo you back.
oai, pls give this smart guy persona, let him speak his thoughts, let him make mistakes and push back.
forced AI use is a disease of modern products.
the cure is "off AI features" toggle.
i cant remember at least one useful ai assistant in non ai product.
from whoop to notion, jira, postman - all sucks.
i understant, that u guys need to tell investors “we have ai” to close rounds.
but please, allow users to turn this off.
jira cant even paste in system prompt smth like: “you’re ai assistant in product management tool jira…” that simple line will reduce hallucinations by 90%.
and may be then Rovo assistant will know that DOD=definition of done.
forced feature is a failed feature.
we, as intellectual workers can done weeks of work in one day. on the paper and by the all stats we become more productive. we ship more, we write more, routine tasks can be automated in few prompts.
so what the problem? ain't we must be happy as fuck? what else do you want - you're 10x worker now. yet people seems to be unsatisfied and unhappiest than ever. and there is few reasons why.
1. ai show for some that their work has nothing hard and consists in 95% of routine tasks. that's scary - if all your work can be done with ai, human start feels simply as someone who just press "accept" button.
2. we start to think shallower and all the details owned by ai. human just become a router between agents
3. after day of work, brain doesn't feel that it really used - no deep thinking only fatigue
AI lowkey fucked up my productivity in a way I didn’t expect and I’m not sure how to feel about it.
On any given day:
I code more than ever.
I ship features faster than ever.
I do more marketing than ever before.
I even make slightly more money than before.
Yet, I feel like I have achieved nothing at the end of the day.
I go to bed lots of times lately feeling unaccomplished.
There’s this lingering thought of I could’ve done more.
Run more agents in parallel, run them while I’m eating, while being in the gym, heck they should do work while I sleep! You get the gist.
It sometimes drives me nuts lol
I remember days pre AI where I’d work on a feature for an entire week (that now takes me less than a day) and still go to bed feeling great and happy.
Now, there’s seemingly never enough.
What do I do to fix this? Anyone else having similar feelings?
