We are getting a lot of questions about the closure of the U.S. Route 63/Route 54 Missouri River bridge in Jefferson City due to flooding. At the current flooding stages and what is predicted in the coming days, we do NOT foresee any major road closures through the weekend.

In Jefferson City, the state capital, there is extensive damage along Ellis Boulevard near Highway 54. Power lines are down. Traffic is being diverted as @MSHPTrooperGHQ & local first responders go door-to-door. Consider all power lines live.
