It means that we immediately stopped delegating to the nodes above the limits imposed by the Flare network and are waiting on the expiry date of all delegations to deregister the entity above limit and permanently close it. We (Sceptre, the organization) won't earn anything from it.

@Nebuchadnzzr All value-accretion tokens like sFLR work the same way: when rewards are added to the pool, the token's value relative to the base token (in this case, FLR) goes up in the proportion of those rewards.
