So today, on our way back from the gym, my friend casually handed me his phone to watch a video and it was a lady, I’m not even exaggerating, she was fineeeee, stunning, effortlessly beautiful, the kind that makes you pause and just say wow without thinking, and I did exactly that lol, but he just looked at me and shrugged and said chale I don’t really want her like that, I thought he was joking and asked what do you mean, do you know how fine she is and she’s a doctor too, but he didn’t even flinch, he just said if you see the other girl you’ll understand, at that point my curiosity kicked in because what exactly could top this?, then he showed me the second video and I won’t lie I went quiet, this one was on a different level, composure, elegance, presence, the kind of woman you can tell moves in serious circles, works at a top law firm too, everything about her just screamed class, I turned to him almost immediately and asked chale what exactly are you doing right, what are you telling these girls, he smiled slightly and said the way I position myself, if you don’t fall into that category you won’t even get close to me, and that was it, no long speech, no deep explanation but it stuck because in that moment it clicked that this wasn’t about luck or smooth talking, it was about standards, positioning, knowing what you bring and refusing to go below it, and later scrolling through the timeline and seeing all the conversations men were having it hit even harder, a lot of us aren’t lacking options, we’re just settling because we don’t demand what we actually give out.
Not one, not two, not three, but FOUR possible penalties for Barcelona today and not a single one was awarded.
Real Madrid's referee harassment worked just as planned.
