@timomalleyND Let's say CJ Carr is healthy through the entire 2026 season. Is it better for Teddy Jerrard to get minimal varsity backup reps as a freshman or be on the Carr freshman year plan of 4th string while getting scout team reps (without getting the random mid-season practice injury)
@BretBielema Here you are missing Penn State, Michigan, Indiana and you want to talk about joining a conference to play those teams. They play Wisc, MSU, and Purdue (2 of which Illinois plays). Congrats on 2 games against real teams in OSU and Oregon. Seems almost the same as Miami/BYU.
@timomalleyND Does either side of the line stand to benefit more with Knapp moving to LG and knowing what is supposed to happen at LT or with Lambert to RT and knowing what is supposed to happen at RG?
@rakesofmallow I've come to lean the opposite way now. Regular season games will lead to seeding changes. Teams won't throw away good in-season matchups because they can still go to the tourney. It will affect having a home game and where you go in Rd 2. More on-campus games is a good thing.
@Brett_McMurphy@On3 I was trying to figure out the difference that might lead to 19,000 more tickets sold.
#9 ND @ Pitt : November 15 : Attendance 68,400
#12 Miami @ Pitt : November 29: Attendance 49,845
@timomalleyND If you could choose one player with remaining eligibility to return for the '26 season to quell any doubt about a National Championship run, would it be Schrauth to provide an anchor at OL for the current RB stable or Price with his 1st Round talent to cover for OL blemishes?
@WorldOfJox@DylanEveryday You do realize his initial tweet was not dumping on Notre Dame but dumping on the fact that the B1G has a terrible deal with Fox for big games to be played at noon instead of under the lights
@Racing025@ByScottPowers@nytimes KD "We're tired of finishing in last place"
Proceeds to finish next to last the next 4 years. Worthy extension for sure.
@Racing025@ByScottPowers@nytimes Hawks weren't rebuilding in 2002 and 2003 either. They just came off the playoffs against the Blues at the end of the 2001-02 season
@AndrewMentock His eyes were going out to the right (Ausberry is following his eyes and moving outside) and he throws it between the hashes. That's about as no-look as you're getting in football imo
