@DanielleFong Reading through some of the replies where people think that was overrated. Unless you lived before that time, I don't think you can truly appreciate how it changed EVERYTHING! Literally every part of life is different now...
The worst part of bull markets is the rise of inexperienced people educating other inexperienced people.
The worst part of bear markets is perma-bears feeling vindicated after being wrong for a decade or two.

@DanielleFong This is why I barely pay attention to any kind of news anymore... Every time I start to, I'm like, "them mfrs really think we're stupid"...
@DanielleFong Yeah but think about how much fun it would be! If you put the word out you could probably get like 500 people to show up and make life hell for the network assholes.
@Ravenismeee 10% invested, no matter what!!! I started at 22, and now I'm 50 and have been doing whatever I want for awhile now. You'll look at that account in 20-25 years and you won't believe how it can earn more than you do.
High school students built an autonomous ball-collecting robot! 🎾
A group of high school students built a robot that picks up balls and shoots them into a bin while moving without stopping, with impressive speed and accuracy.
It combines mechanical design, sensors, and software making constant adjustments in real time while the robot is driving.
When teenagers can build systems this sophisticated, the talent pipeline for the robotics industry is accelerating!

@DanielleFong Yes, we don't use nitrogen on our soybeans, but you really need to rotate crops for best results, so corn and/or wheat are used around here.
If you have something in your life that is tedious that involves either writing a bunch of things down for later or screwing around with spreadsheets for very long, it's time to try AI! I have Claude, chat GPT and Gemini critique each other's answers, sometimes hilariously.
One of the best things about the advances in AI, is that I can create a simple app to handle something in my life and then use it. There's no searching for what I want on the app store and then letting them mine my data and use it to sell me ads or get hacked someday
Now I'm making an app to track maintenance and repairs on all the farm equipment, instead of writing it down on a clipboard and transferring it into a spreadsheet... So much less time and so much more convenience.
Then I decided I needed an app that would track all personal spending with tabs that would quickly show me where I'm at on budget or display spending by category/person/week/month/year, etc. I made it so that it backs up to a database I own and syncs between my family members.
