@will_evans_qld@ContraPoints any one of those three would be infinitely better for both my country and the palestinians than the current administration, i fail to see your point.
@will_evans_qld@ContraPoints oh, i see what you mean. i still disagree, Contrapoints is right. The deluge of video coming out of Gaza is detrimental to any hope for peace, and i dont think having a measured and valid critique of that rises to the level of being "pro-genocide"
@will_evans_qld@ContraPoints you just called contrapoints pro-genocide for not being sufficiently vocal about your preferred conflict. Why is it suddenly about "tone policing" when i use your exact same reasoning against you?
@will_evans_qld@ContraPoints Just searched your profile for any mention of Sudan - there was none. Since you've put zero effort into opposing the genocide in Sudan, you, William Evans, are effectively pro genocide.
you see how fucking stupid that is? log off bro.
@cantbebotheredl@KBP9a91 can you think of a single socialist who’s won in a red district in the last 30 years? if your ideas are so popular and you can solve everything, why do you guys only have like 3 nationally popular people?
@DingusTheMingus@ShaoIRL donald trump said he was gonna pave gaza and build a resort on top. do you think president harris would have done that? trump is the most pro-israel president in a generation. how can we pretend the positions of the dems and reps are the same? can we be serious for a second?
@comicscurated@lewnerys isn’t there a part in affc where sam makes this same point? the night’s watch has allegedly had 998 lord commanders but he can only find records of like 2/3 of that, iirc
@mydailychungus yes, that's the point. Rhaenera is ashamed that she has three bastards as her strongest bulwark and doesn't want to do a formal ceremony that will put them in the spotlight. Corlys basically spells this out when he confronts her later in the episode.
@nonregemesse it’s almost like that’s the point. did you watch this scene and come away from it thinking the show was setting Rhaenera up for success? it’s so obviously telegraphed as a bad move, it’s literally shoved down our throat with her interaction with Manderly after.
@gaemonspalehair consider the following - varys is lying. he lied to ned stark while he was rotting in the black cells. he lied to Illyrio when arya was evesdropping. there’s no reason to believe he’s Faegon’s ally except by his own word. he’s got a different end goal
