@AmericanAir the experience today at CLT was incredibly terrible. Been delayed or cancelled on flights from clt to SDF for 6 hours now. Keep pushing back and then gets cancelled. No news from gate agents. What is going on with the world’s largest airline. Boo

@FlyLouisville I fly regularly through SDF. The new security lanes are poorly constructed. 20 minutes to get thru TSA PreCheck at Louisville is a problem. Long lines here are beyond frustrating. When will Clear come here as it’s badly needed. Is this better??
