Have you compared issues like income for specific careers, cost of living, etc? Wouldn't it be more interesting to look at whether people living and working in those countries feel similar cost of living pressure?

Buy most groceries from the outside of the store. Learn to cook legumes. Visit restaurants where you can identify a source of fiber in meals.

Most people should lift and get lots of cardio while eating out less.
