@SteveStaeger @SteveStaeger I looked at a map and Burns park is a horrible place for pickleball courts. There’s no parking (they would need to build a large parking lot), it’s not level, no restrooms, and it’s within 500 ft of the homes along Leetsdale.

@Briancbs4 This is so sad and ridiculous that a few neighbors are able to control Denver Parks and Rec. The pickleball community at CP brings fun, camaraderie, and healthy outdoor activity to hundreds of Denver residents and it is being squelched. Scott Gilmore should be ashamed.

@PattiHum Congrats! That will be amazing! My son and DIL wanted to come so we just went with regular seats but I’m so happy they will get to experience it. Will be their first show. I feel lucky we got anything and they are lower bowl and only $255 each will all fees. A bargain!!!!

@SteveStaeger What about the sound of basketballs hitting the pavement or rim. Oh wait, no one ever plays on the basketball courts at Congress park. This elimination of the pickleball courts is so so disappointing and makes zero sense. Scott Gilmore needs a better explanation to justify

Feeling super stressed sitting in Denver Airport and will be trying to buy #QAL tix while boarding my flight. And it stinks that the denver show is the only one with a sales start time of 10:00 am Mtn time. Ugh. Wish me luck!!!
