there r people in the world that care deeply // are authentic n kind & then there are people who look at everyone else as disposable , yall protect yourselves 💓🫶🏼
It's actually not your job to make sure others understand you, to explain your no, to take on their energy, to make them happy, to regulate their emotions, to manage their insecurities, to pacify their inner wars, to heal their wounds, and to be the version of you in their minds.
We live in a crazy world.
•Travel
•Get your money up
•Help where you can
•Exercise however you’re able
•Watch what you put into your body
•Surround yourself around a few solid people
•Consume as much positivity as possible
Stay safe, lowkey, and out the way.
social media is so weird like i randomly get this violent urge to no longer be perceived and i just need to deactivate everything before i explode. i wonder if there’s a name for that feeling because i know i’m not alone.
The people who will be in your corner during your darkest times might surprise you.
Just make sure you adjust your circle accordingly after you see who is really there for you when you needed it most.
the smaller my circle got, the better my mental health became. i used to judge my happiness off the amount of people I knew until those people took advantage of my kindness. Today I have a very small circle but those I kept around me are some of the best people I’ve ever met.
sometimes i forget that some people don’t have an emotional connection to music.
like… you’re telling me you’ve never experienced music-induced goosebumps??????
