Back to school season shouldn’t be the start of school shooting season. Literally no other developed country has anywhere near the level of gun violence we have in this country and it’s fucking unacceptable we act like there’s nothing we can do.
I’m tired of people acting like school shootings are because we send our kids to school and not because we allow guns to be accessible.
If you are scared about “the world we live in,” use your vote to do something about it. This isn’t out of our collective control…
I haven’t been following/caring about WVU football since I moved from Morgantown in 2020 but dang watching the Pat McAfee Show and thinking about the game today, I am so in my feels. Is this the influence of a boy in my belly?!

This week, M3T (Mountaineer Mathematics Master Teachers) held its 5th-annual Summer Institute and welcomed 41 Fellows (middle and high school math teachers) from 30 counties across the state for four days of sharing, learning, and leading in math education.
Not a month into fostering and I already feel like I could write a novel about the woes of navigating the systems… and then we get a call that our foster agency is closing in a month. Cool cool. #wv#fostercare
