The first paper of my PhD has been published - it describes the Southern Ocean Radiolarian (SO-RAD) dataset that myself and my colleagues put together.
We compiled published radiolarian census counts, and included counts from new, previously unpublished sites.

Science Meets Parliament 2025. When I think about the last two days and the impact scientists can make, I thought about putting these two pictures together.
Bringing what we do front of mind to the people making decisions for all Australia’s.

“I do think things would be very different if I hadn’t met Leanne,” says Kelly-Anne Lawler (@sci_kel).
In her full, but shortened life, Prof Leanne Armand was an amazing scientist and mentor to many. But her legacy lives on.
