Most calls on this app don't get disproved. They get abandoned.

Someone eats a bad memecoin call in a group chat or under a chart. Forty minutes later the subject has changed, and the wrongness has no address.

That is how crypto usually settles things. Not with a judgement, but with a fade.

FUD Markets on Solana interrupts the fade. Anyone can turn a memecoin call or a short-term claim into a market with a deadline.

Real money sits on a yes or a no.

The deadline has to be real, which is why the venue is Solana. A short market that costs too much to open or close will lose to the group chat every time.

Once a market exists, walking away stops working. The clock hits zero in public.

Then somebody has to say what actually happened. The people who lost should not get to mute that sentence.

If that sentence comes from a small committee or a single oracle nobody voted for, you did not replace the fade. You replaced it with a group chat admin who has a title.

When a FUD market closes, @GenLayer powers the resolution. It does not run FUD and it is not a partner in FUD.

It is the layer that gets the question after the betting has stopped.

Validators each run a different AI model. Each checks the claim independently.

If someone thinks the call is wrong, there is a right to appeal.

A permissionless market can force a call to stay in the room. Only a contested judgement can stop the room from pretending the call never happened.
