I think BlackBerry's automative software QNX will be the go to in the new generation of AI cars that are coming. While its already made a pretty aggressive move this year, I think this pullback is a good chance to buy. I am targeting $ 22 by EOY
@_wurro@Sykodelic_ BTC is at the same price it was 5 years ago. This does not even begin to account for the 6 Trillion dollars that were printed in the interim.
I am a BTC fan but to portray it as the greatest things ever is bs. Buy when in deep value (MVRV Z below 0) and sell when in bubble.
@Sykodelic_ Since this cycle had way more institutional/ETF participation and changes in BTC ownership, I would not expect holder capitulation to mirror prior cycles.
Imo the MVRV Z score is a better (although not perfect) gauge to show us where we are in the cycle.
@Sykodelic_ Disagree
"Highest levels of BTC in a loss" is not the same as MVRV Z being below 0 (which it is approaching).
The first measures what percentage of all BTC is underwater, the second measures how undervalued is Bitcoin compared with the aggregate cost basis of all holders.
Another company I am bullish on over next 12 months. Most view AbCellera Biologics as a Dino post covid antibody company but it has 650 + million cash on hand and phase 2 trials on various drugs look promising. I think this has the potential to 4-5x over the next 12-18 months.
@Schmiddel89@River@AutismCapital Yeah. It’s a good asset with limited supply. But again anything that’s at the same price it was more than 1500 days ago isn’t really the revolutionary asset most make it out to be. Buy when MVRV Z score less than 0 every 4 years (0.2 right now) and you should generally be fine
@CredibleCrypto BTCs top from prior peak each cycle has been diminishing. So 2021 cycle the top was 69k and then then last cycle it was 126k. That’s barely a 2x (the trend has been going down each cycle).
So that being the case do you expect the top this cycle to be less than 2x from 126k?
@River@AutismCapital Yes BTC is at same price it was 5 years ago. And that’s not accounting for inflation and 6 Trillion dollars printed during COVID. I like BTC too but let’s not fool ourselves with how great it is….
@KillaXBT Follow the MVRV Z score. Until that’s below 0, you aren’t really in deep value zone. Does that mean price has to go there? No. But until it gets there BTC is at a discount, but NOT at a true deep value zone.
It’s more likely that BTC goes to zero (which also not likely) than we have the greatest depression of our life time. Our debt to gdp ratio is 130% plus at 40 Trillion debt and including unfunded liabilities (social security, Medicare etc) it’s closer to 150 Trillion. Not happening…
@NorthstarCharts I think people just prefer price prediction (for lack of a better term) on a more shorter time frame than the usual disclaimer by all of "long term bullish". Btw fan of your work and follow closely.
Yeah ofcourse. But what I mean is "long term bullish" is par for the course for any asset. I could be long term bullish in BTC which I know will at a minimum be priced higher in 5 years in USD due to inflation. So its not so much asset going up, its the denominator (fiat) going down.
@NorthstarCharts@A_N_D_Y_D_N_A I think his analysis has been pretty spot on which is why i follow him. But I think most readers dont know that short term implies to many months with the usual caveat of being long term bullish (which to be fair can apply to any asset- BTC, Real estate, Stocks etc)
