Years ago, I heard that aphex twin wouldn't sleep for days to get into a more creative state. So I started staying up all night sometimes. It was great at first and I saw interesting changes in my consciousness... but be careful!!!

I have debilitating insomnia now, which may be unrelated to my sleep deprivation experiments earlier in life, but on the other hand, it may be the case that if you don't maintain proper sleep habits, you could mess up your circadian rhythm down the line! You really don't want chronic sleep issues, trust me haha
