@kogrady74 It’s over anyway. Needed to win today after not getting any bonus points in the first two games. I hope they focus on Munster and not next Saturday to be honest.
@murphyrob They were 3 points up with good possession and territory and threw an intercept that gave all the momentum to Gloucester. Compounded the error with kicking the ball out on the full and a forward pass to give away possession on the half way twice. Can’t get back into the game then
@murphyrob 6 day turnaround - killer. The 3rd try still annoys me. Don’t understand the penalty. Also, when 2 up, the maul in the corner was stopped by their prop who came around the side unbound. Didn’t feel we got much from the officials. Kaino would have gotten a card if he played for us
@TheLooseH Were 2 up. Didn’t look too legal. Then the penalty for the third try when they pushed the player into touch. Still don’t see what was wrong there. He signalled a shoulder charge I think but I couldn’t see one. Tough not to get anything given the way the game went.
@TheLooseH I’m totally biased but I didn’t think Connacht got much from the officials today. If a Connacht player did what Kaino did to Roux, I can’t see how there wouldn’t have been a card. There was a maul that their prop stopped just short of the line when Connacht were 2.
@TheLooseH Or 6 if you’re Connacht. Think it’s unfair that any team should have a 6 day turnaround. Should be a minimum of seven. If you play Sunday, you should play Sunday again. Saturday to Friday isn’t any better. Should be Saturday or Sunday.
@TheLooseH Better news on the injuries today. Could have a few back by the time the two Gloucester games come around. IF they can avoid injuries against Toulouse and Kings whilst picking up one win, they’d be well set to meet Gloucester and hopefully in a good position heading to Christmas.
@Murray_Kinsella Tidy player. That’s a very good addition. Not as explosive as his brother but very reliable and possibly a more solid all round game. I think he could settle well to PRO14 rugby.
@psheilsie@le_bu_te@cooper_m@TodayFM To be fair to most rugby pundits, I can’t think of another one arrogant enough to analyse a game they haven’t seen, having predicted a win for the team that lost.
@Murray_Kinsella Dominic Robertson Mc Coy had possibly his best game for Connacht. Thought Robin Copeland had a great second half. Great composure to not give away penalties when defending near the end.
My friend's husband Mark has been missing since last Monday. If anyone has any information, however small it might seem, please call Donnybrook Gardai at 01 6669200. All RTs appreciated. X
@Pa_Noonan@Bhughes27@Murray_Kinsella It seemed like you didn’t think that it should have been a lineout to SA? I thought you were making the case that May kept it in? I’m not following. Are we all in agreement that the ball was out? If so, May can only keep it alive if he stands in play and not on the line.
