Hey @ATTHelp. Wireless service degraded for weeks - impossible to make/receive voice calls. And the wi-fi hotspot funtion is also degraded which sucks since my AT&T Internet has been down for more than 24 hours with NO info about when it will be restored.

@ATT my internet and AT&T TV have been down since ~9:00 pm EDT Thursday. According to the service alert, you all are hoping to restore to mine and 100 other homes by 1:30 am 10/30. I thought that was in the past. Unless you mean 2021?
