Any Black person who performs at Trump’s inauguration dishonors:
• The Black families he refused to rent to in the 1970s,
• The Black kids he wanted to execute in the Central Park case in the 1980s,
• The Black casino workers he mistreated in the 1990s,
• The Black president he lied about in the 2000s,
• The Black NFL players he attacked as president,
• The Black election workers he targeted when he lost in 2020, and
• The Black Haitian immigrants he lied about in the 2024 election.

Joe Biden’s decades long career in elected office ends tomorrow.
I am grateful for his leadership in the U.S. Senate, his time as Vice President, and finally as President of the United States over the last four years.
Four years ago, he inherited a once in a century pandemic and a U.S. economy in crisis. He led us to an unprecedented recovery and, with historic investments in infrastructure; science and technology; and clean energy, he helped secure a better future for Americans. When democracy and our allies were threatened, he put together international coalitions to support the fight against authoritarianism and hate without putting our troops into combat. He is leaving office with achievements from historic lows in everything from crime rates to unemployment rates and numerous highs including the surge in domestic manufacturing, new union jobs, and a boom in new small businesses with a record 21 million new business applications under his leadership.
Joe Biden swore me into the Senate, and at every step along the way has been a partner and a caring friend to me, my family, and my staff. I will so fondly remember the many times we would talk on the phone or meet to discuss the policy issues we shared a passion for - from our earliest around the child tax credit to our last on the urgent need to pardon Americans or commute their sentences to right historic wrongs and injustices. I am so proud of what we accomplished together and so grateful for all he accomplished for the American people.
Thank you, Joe. I will miss your human decency and kindness; your generosity of spirit, and the deep dignity you brought to the presidency.
The temperature at noon on Monday will be 22 degrees which is the same temperature it was in 1961 when Kennedy was inaugurated.
The ceremony was held outside.
He’s a C0WARD‼️
RETWEET if you agree
Just a reminder to everyone who voted for trump because you wanted lower prices on shit:
You ain't getting it.
He admitted it.
Said it's too hard.
But he has ALREADY enriched himself and his wealthy friends with his and Melania's shit coins.
He doesn't give a fuck about you.
Speaker Mike Johnson reportedly wants to fire the first-ever woman House Chaplain Margaret Kibben. She is a Navy veteran and has been criticized by the GOP for holding a prayer to mark the 4th anniversary of January 6th.
RETWEET if you stand with Chaplain Kibben against the GOP!
For the past 4 years I had the privilege to see my friend make history every single day.
Kamala, as you finish your last hours as our Vice President, know that I am (and millions of others too) so proud of all that you have accomplished.
Thank you for being such an impressive, thoughtful, dedicated, accomplished and loyal leader and public servant over these last four years and your entire career.
Agreed!
