@McDonalds what is the point of having a great offer on the app if the store (Stamford) has such weak wifi. 10 mins of waving my phone around with the staff trying to get a strong enough signal. We gave up and they couldn’t honour the offer manually. What a farce.
@McDonalds not happy, 3rd time used click and collect and surprise surprise, get home to find items missing again!!!! Why don’t you check everything is in the bags or do we have to do it for you!
@SkyUK we’ve been utterly frustrated with our broadband speed and consistency for months but can not get hold of you on phone or through app.
What can we do to improve our speed?
Or is our best bet to move to BT?
