@Cyn1calCrusader@Nerdrotics I believe Guy directed the 1st 2 episodes of s1 and s2 so set the tone and style of the show as it was still being written whilst they were filming.
@tiffstevenson J.R.R. Tolkien publishefd Lord Of The Rings at 62, Bram Stroker wrote Dracula at 50 and Cezanne became a celebrated artist in his 50/60s. Well said, Tiff!
@THR Tom definitely has the talent to be Bond but he wouldn't have the freedom to do what he does best. He likes to play, and there are so many tropes with Bond he would be greatly restricted.
@ai_newsmedia@netflix It's coming out on Friday! Try looking at the date on the poster. And it's got some 80% plus reviews from the non-elitist critics, who have some joy in their souls.
@Tomhardyfanx @hardysgirl7 Based on pictures I've seen, I'm confused. Are they still filming it? Are they releasing an episode per week and still finishing it? Seems unusual.
@beyer_chri50076@GeneralDemidov He's been connected to it for over 6 months so probably done a significant amount of work on it already, including raising the money for it, so deserves some credit whether he's actually in it or not.
@beyer_chri50076@GeneralDemidov If you Google Blood on Snow and read the various articles Leo Di Caprio was supposed to be producing and possibly starring. Then Andrew Garfield was supposed to be directing. Then Tom was producing and appearing in a supporting role. So many changes.
@kermodeandmayo Why didn't you share your Venom 3 review on here. It was unprofessionally negative and Mark acted like he didn't think much of the first two even though his review of Carnage was full of praise? Compared it favourably with the Steve Martin film All Of Me. What changed?
@achaemenidjew Neither. Tom was fantastic in the role, which was well written. The Rabbi was saying it's negative stereotypical representations that is the problem.
