@British_Airways So you completely cancel an entire route, forcing us to stay an additional day because you didn't have seats available to IAD on the day we were supposed to return. Not to mention the 20 phone calls I had to make for getting an extra seat on one of our flights.

@ATTHelp I have a Business Client who can't get anyone to help them connect their account to their Apple Business Manager account to save their life, who can we talk to to get this fixed? Both Tech Support and Sales have been non-helpful.
@FedExHelp with the sketchy delivery practices as usual. Direct Signature required delivery showed as delivered with a name on the signature that doesn't live here, and then 10 minutes later a truck shows up, doesn't even knock and just leaves the delivery at the front door...

So now @bestbuysupport schedules a make-up appointment for a missed delivery today and no called no showed today. And then we call and are told that we won't get it until the 18th at the earliest. Consider the order cancelled. #customerservicefail
@BestBuySupport I was told last night by customer service that my case was being escalated and I would receive a call from someone who can actually do something about my issue FIRST thing this morning. Still no call and it's 10:30am...
@SeanCreel You could easily argue child endangerment in my opinion. The provider just doesn't want you to not take away their money and are trying to press you. No hope they'd win, I definitely wouldn't vote in their favor if I was on a jury.
